Poverty Simulation
THIS EVENT IS FULL! ALL REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED ON/AFTER NOV. 3RD WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST (IN THE EVENT A PARTICIPANT CANNOT ATTEND). THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST!

As we enter the holiday season of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah many of us will be seeking to help someone who is less fortunate. While we may be aware that there is poverty in Lincoln, most of us live comfortable lives and we don't see, nor do we understand the poverty that surrounds us.

Leadership Lincoln invites the community to participate in a Poverty Simulation. We guarantee that the evening event will open your eyes, soften your heart and enlighten your mind about what it's like to live in poverty.

We encourage families to bring their children. The event is designed so that specific roles are assigned to each participant so advanced registration is available to a limited number of people. If you would like to be paired with one or more other participants during the simulation, please note that in the comments box.
